As my clients' trusted real estate advisor, I understand that selling and/or buying a home is complex and deeply personal. There is also a lot at stake financially. This perspective on the process and the responsibility felt toward my clients drives me to truly be an expert at my job. I understand the market, the players, and all the variables involved in a real estate transaction. I want to make sure you feel supported and that you have a trusted advisor by your side.
As a seller, you want to effectively (and beautifully) market the home and then negotiate to secure the highest possible price and cleanest terms for the sale. As a buyer, you want a patient, yet assertive partner to help you buy the right home, at the best possible price. In other words, you want to make sure you don’t leave any money on the table. This is where my team and I step into partnership with you as your consultant, negotiator, and project manager.
In 1997 I launched my real estate career as a home builder. Fresh out of college, I started as a carpenter and worked my way up to lead builder. Eventually, I would own my own company and build dozens of spec homes in Fairfield County, Connecticut. As my building career progressed, I found myself enjoying the transaction portion with buyers the most. In 2007, during the financial crunch in the housing market, I decided to pivot my career path toward residential sales. My experience as a builder has given me a deep understanding of all aspects of the housing industry. I have purchased, developed, negotiated, and sold many properties throughout the years. My clients' advantage with me is they are getting someone who truly comprehends what it takes to make a profitable sale, purchase a property at a reasonable price and close a transaction with confidence from start to finish. Honesty, hard work, and trustworthiness are my foundation for success.
